Now that your appointment is scheduled, a link to the patient portal will be sent to your email address provided when scheduled. If you don't receive an email prior to your appointment please email care@hopesourcecounseling.com. When you receive the link follow the prompts to create your account. Having access to the portal allows for you to review and sign documents, instead of having to print them out for your first appointment. Additionally, the portal gives you access to the telehealth platform for virtual sessions. 

The first session will be one of information gathering and getting to know your therapist. From there a plan will be developed based on your needs and goals for therapy. Each plan is individualized and change as needs to, at any time communicate with your therapist to determine frequency and length of treatment. 

Yes, we are currently in network with  several insurances and we also offer self pay options for sessions. Please contact our office to learn more.
